Australian Catholic University Refund & Returns Policy
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or have made the wrong selection. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
Returns of Goods
In addition to any obligation that we may have under the Australian Consumer Law, we warrant that the goods:
(i) are of acceptable quality;
(ii) are fit for the purpose for which goods of that type are ordinarily used; and
(iii) match the description of them on the Site (other than minor differences)..
b. If you wish to return an item because it:
(i) was damaged in transit; or
(ii) does not match the description of the item on the Site (other than minor differences); or
(iii) is faulty,
you must email firstname.lastname@example.org, providing details of the sale and the reason for return. We will then process and handle the return on your behalf.
When you believe an item is faulty it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed and determine its condition within a reasonable period of time. If there is major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair.
If Australian Catholic University (ACU) processes a refund under these Terms, it will use reasonable endeavours to process the refund within 10 business days.
It is a condition of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and other card schemes that refunds be processed on the same card as the original payment was made in order to minimise the possibility of fraudulent activity on cards. ACU is required to comply with all card scheme rules in order to be able to accept these card types, and as such, all of your refunds will be credited to the card you used for your order

After receiving your online order, we will attempt to despatch your goods with SK Corporate Marketing’s chosen carrier or freight company within 3-5 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take longer.
No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
SK Corporate Marketing closes during the Christmas and New Year period for approximately 3 weeks. During this time no orders will be processed or despatched until the New Year re-open date.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance you must order items separately and assign the different delivery address to each order.
Our chosen carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, the carrier or freight company will leave a card with details to arrange either pick up from a depot location or redelivery.
We are unable to ship outside of Australia.
Picking and Packing Fee
A picking and packing process fee of $4.95 (AUD) will be charged to each order.
Freight Invoice and Cost of Delivery
Delivery and freight charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the weight and size of your order and the location of the delivery address.
Tracking of Order
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes or natural disasters.
